Summary0000274: Warn users if authentication back-end db does not exist
DescriptionOn login page, before the user try to login, he should be warned if the users back-end database is not initialized yet.
Steps To ReproduceInstall Bacula-Web, miss the user back-end database setup step, and try to login

An application exception is raised if auth back-end database does not exist.

Bug fix will be available in version 8.2.0
